POSITION SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IAM Engineer would be responsible for:

• Participate in a wide range of design activities, from the requirements analysis through

• systems, application and/or process, to the design of specification and implementation.
• Translate client's business requirements into to current IAM Solution (Sailpoint Identity IQ)
• Act as an advisor for the IT projects stakeholders and project lead as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

Experience: 3+ year of experience in IAM projects based on Sailpoint Identity
Knowledge and Skills

MUST

• High knowledge of Sailpoint IdentityIQ Software Technology
• BeanSheel language
• Structured & organized mindset with practical judgement
• Good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork
• Worker motivation in hierarchical & non-hierarchical organizations, geographically

• dispersed teams
• English (all meetings and deliverables must be in English)
• Leadership, Pragmatism, Rigor, Solution oriented
• Ability to explain tech to non-tech / business
• Ability to see the big picture

NICE to have:

• SailPoint Certified Identity IQ professional
• Good knowledge of the following topics:

• o Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

• o SAML integration, SSO, MFA

• o web technologies

• o application development

• Spanish, French or Portuguese
