Edenred is implementing a worldwide strategy to improve IT compliance and protect the business. This strategy is sustained by 4 major pillars.

PEOPLE - Anchor cyberculture in the company with best practices, awareness, training, and stronger IT security organization

RULES - Enforce IT security policies applicable to the whole Group

DELIVERY - Implement global IT security projects & services to improve the security level

PERFORMANCE - Develop a culture of control & performance to assess the security level, compliance and improvements.

In this context, Edenred is looking for a new IT Security PMO. The role is based in Bucharest, Romania. 

         Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

As member of the Edenred IT Security coverage, you are in charge of coordinate, facilitate & report the actions of IT Security leaders and IT security stakeholders of Edenred. You help IT & security staff to stick to the plan or advise to adapt it if necessary. You are also in charge of connecting people to work together and bring efficiency.  

As an IT Security PMO, you will cover a large scope of Cybersecurity subject with many different countries.

Daily, you will:

»  Follow-up & coordinate the action plan of IT Security leader in accordance with IT Security strategy of the Group.

»  Organize workshop to get teams alignment on needs & processes

»  Set-up project timeline, Indicators & follow-up project progress

»  Advise & propose solution to facilitate the implementation of the strategy

»  Report progresses, identify risks & raise projects alerts to the Stakeholders 

»  Animate the community and capitalized on knowledge & skills

»  Follow budget & cost

You will be in touch with all stakeholders on a large variety of subjects, such as: 

»  The deployment of tools and process (e.g.: Privileged account management, Vulnerability scanner, etc.)

»  The Follow-up of action plan to reach Group target (e.g.: Patching & antivirus compliance, Audit recommendations)

You help people to reach achievements and report on progress and may also take over project management for specific topics.

         Required skills & profile

Experience and skills:

»  3+ year of experience in Cyber security

»  Project management skills applied in the context of international project

»  Very good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork

»  Structured & organized mindset with practical judgement (“Simpler is the better” philosophy)

»  Solution oriented

»  Ability to explain tech to non-tech / business

Nice to have:

»  Knowledge of Cybersecurity methodology & framework (ISO, NIST etc.)

»  Budget & cost management

Languages:

»  Mandatory: English (all meetings and deliverables must be in English)

»  Nice to have: Spanish, French or Portuguese
