JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The team the candidate will integrate is part of the Edenred headquarters API team.

He/she will participate in the design, development, roll-out and support of worldwide API that will be used every day by millions of people.

The main tasks of a technical leader are:

• He/she is responsible of his/her squad development quality
• He/she defines and implements the good development practices to be followed by the squad
• He/she makes sure these good practices are followed by the developers in the squad, by using tools and/or processes.
• He/she organize trainings and as required trains the developers in the squad
• He/she is responsible of the deployment pipelines and APIs continues integrations of his/her squad
• He/she works with the API Architect and Senior Tech Lead and the customer technical representatives to translate customer functional needs into a technical design following Edenred standards
• He/she is responsible of taking technical decisions within his/her scope following the group’s governance.
• He/she writes or validates the technical specifications for the squad which become part of the squad backlog.
• He/she is the warrant of the balance between technical constraints, requested functionalities and cost
• During the development cycles he/she is the voice of the customer and users. The tech lead can be requested to participate to the technical tests.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

Experience

Candidates will also have to the following skills / experiences:

• Solid experience (+5 years) on MuleSoft
• 2+ years’ experience on Java,
• Solid experience (+5 years) on RESTful APIs design and implementation,
• Experience on OpenAPI (Swagger) and/or MuleSoft (RAML),
• UML, GIT and unit test,
• English fluent,
• Good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork
