Software and Mobile Development
Developing cross-platform mobile applications

Our teams develop mobile solutions to be deployed and used worldwide, in all the countries with an Edenred presence. These include fin-tech products used to manage Edenred branded cards, as well as digital banking solutions. The teams are split in squads, each squad taking the lead on a complex feature. Alongside developers, one can find the business and QA roles, making sure that the quality of our products match, even surpass our clients’ expectations.
While the teams may work on different projects, they all resort on C# and Xamarin, as tools of choice, backed by the Agile methodology.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

Our IT Operations & Infrastructure deparment is doing the hands-on activies involved in the setup, design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of the infrastructure and network  supporting the business services. 
The NetOPS team is covering from the administration of the LAN/WAN/WLAN upto the Firewalls either Layer 3 or 7 and we're working with Cisco,  Checkpoint and Fortinet as the major vendors.

Cloud
Setting up Edenred's Cloud adoption and migration framework

The EDC Cloud Team looks after setting up our Group’s Cloud adoption and migration framework for all our Business Units across the globe. When adopting Cloud infrastructure our businesses will benefit from capex cost reduction due to purchasing and maintaining equipment, advanced security features for proper data storing and handling, scaling up/down based on the needs, with true mobile access to corporate data via a variety of devices. All of this while staying on a competitive edge from the world – class enterprise technologies point of view. 

Prepay Solutions

The PPS teams at Edenred Digital Center are providing software development for Prepay Solutions (PPS), one of the companies in the Edenred Group. PPS is a joint-venture between Edenred and Mastercard and it's not only providing services for the Edenred group, but also for external entities, like: IATA, TUI, Monese, Tide, etc.

The teams are developing microservices with a classic Java stack: Oracle, Java 11, Hibernate, SpringBoot. They do mostly automation testing using Cucumber and proprietary testing frameworks build using JUnit. Our teams expose their microservices to the external world using Mule ESB. They're also big Docker fans.
The teams are mixed teams, with Java Developers and QA Engineers and are following an Agile mindset and using the Scrum framework.

Data Science

Our Data Science team aims at leading the leverage of Data Science&Analytics across Edenred, in order to create insights and build products to support business growth and efficiency, according to business needs. 

As a central function, they ensure the maximization of re-application and re-usage of key data products, they lead the continuous R&D of new models, algorithms and products and they guarantee the standardized approach to management, delivery and support for Data Science&Analytics projects and products. 

By sharing tools, infrastructure, processes and good practices with the BU's, they scale out their work.

Salesforce

The Salesforce team is working in several teams for dedicated countries/continents and one mix team that develop CORE functionalities, integration with external services, Case management, Lead management & conversion and CPQ by using Agile methodology. This team is mainly developing features based on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud. 

The technologies the department is working with are: Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, Declarative development, Aura and Lightning Web Components. 

Data Engineering

The team's main responsability is to acquire, to control, to transform and to store data in a way that it can be easily analysed. The most important data assets that are managed are : the data of transactions performed with Edenred Card (our system hosts more than 1,5 Billions of transactions) and the financial data for the corporate finance of Edenred worldwide on which top management are performing their analysis. The technologies our Data Engineering department is working with: Power BI, Azure,  SQL Server.

Fleet & Mobility

Edenred's solutions offer companies numerous optimization levers for the entire management of their vehicle fleets: reduction of costs, facilitation of the energy transition through multi-energy cards (diesel, biofuels, and electric vehicle charging), rationalization of consumption, simplification of administrative tasks, by automating invoicing, reporting or consolidation operations.

Our Fleet & Mobility department is creating a new product from scratch, using modern technologies and architecture (micro-services, cloud based), to enlarge our business eco-system and offer new services. 

The team is following an Agile mindset, working in sprints and using up-to-date tech stack based on Java SpringBoot, Angular, Mule ESB, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Cucumber/Gerkin, deployed on Azure.

IT Security

The team’s main responsability is to help secure the organization, consolidating IT security management procedure with strategic and operational planning and maintaining the standard of information security procedure, policy and services. 

The Security team also focuses on the management of security approaches for IT systems and on creating and designing security controls and services.
