EMEA IT Talent Sourcing - Sr. Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to  to the EMEA CoE Recruitment Manager, the IT Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and using different channels to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs
  • Development and implementation of sourcing strategy in line with the company’s recruitment strategy
  • Define candidate personas together with the recruiter and hiring manager
  • Promoting the Edenred employer brand when reaching out to candidates on different platforms
  • Keeping up to date with sourcing channels, recruitment trends and technologies 
  • Responsible for being an active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practices to support assigned business

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

Experience

  • At least 3-year experience as a technical sourcer or recruitment partner within international environment
  • Proven capabilities in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels
  • Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques

Knowledge and Skills

  • Customer oriented and solution driven
  • Knowledge of working with at least one ATS (preferably Workday)
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking
  • Analytical skills with the capacity to present market data that drive and influence decision making
  • Strong in communication and organization, be able to prioritize task and re-prioritize constantly
  • Fluent spoken and written English
