JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of Finance, HR & Legal Applications the OneTrust IT Admin would be responsible for the day-to-day support to the end users.

The OneTrust IT Admin will:

  • Act as entry point for the user requests
  • Be responsible for implementing standard requests (access creation or update; reference data creation and update; information requests and how-to questions)
  • Participate in the creation of user guides and knowledge base articles and in keeping them up to date
  • Apply the setup for new modules deployed based on the specifications provided
  • Complete the setup for the interfaces with other group tools
  • Assist the IT Application Owner for OneTrust related projects (data clean-up, security guidelines application, etc)

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

Experience:

  • No particular experience is requested, this is an entry level position
  • Strong interest in IT tools
  • Desire to progress either towards project management or towards business expertise

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Capacity to work independently and methodically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills in documentation and capability to articulate issues and tasks for non-IT staff
  • Strong in communication and organization, be able to prioritize task and re-prioritize constantly
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • French would be a plus
