Summary
We here on Edenred’s Engineering team are seeking strong, hardworking QA Engineer to help build and deliver high-quality applications. Responsibilities
- Test variety of platforms in an Agile development environment: websites, mobile apps (iOS and Android) and backend services
- Collaborate closely with IT and Product team to incorporate QA into the end-to-end development process
- Plan, develop, and execute test strategy and test plans across Edenred products and platforms
- Provide test effort estimation based on iteration content and quality risks
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Manage test environment and test data
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Track and prioritize bugs
- Support UAT and Production testing, participate in product readiness and release decisions
- Drive the Automated Testing Strategy and implement test automation, leveraging automation frameworks, to reduce manual test coverage, prevent regressions and ensure reliability of products
- Contribute to best practices for quality assurance with your focus on emerging technologies
- Implement and capture quality metrics
- Produce weekly and monthly progress reports. Analyze and report back on Key Performance Indicators to QA Manager

Requirements
- 5+ years of quality assurance and test engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline)
- Knowledge of Agile, Iterative development process and methodologies is essential
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and DevSecOps
- Experience with test management tools – Azure DevOps or similar
- Experience with issue management tools - Jira or similar
- Strong experience in SQL – DML in SQL Server or similar
- Good programming skills and experience of at least one programming language - Java, C# or C++
- Strong experience with API testing and API test automation– using Postman or similar
- Experience with UI automation frameworks and tools – Selenium, Appium, NUnit or similar
- Experience with Source Control Systems – Git or similar
- Experience of integrating automated test scripts with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins
- Experience in Cloud web and mobile testing platforms – BrowserStack, SauceLabs or similar
Nice to have
- Experience in managing black box and white box testing
- Knowledge of security testing, performance testing and accessibility testing.
