Reporting to HR Director in EDC, the EB & Recruitment Partner will be responsible for:
Employer Branding activities
» Maintain and enhance EDC brand or reputation
» Develop and implement the Employer Brand strategy
» Coordinate and manage content creation and information sharing among teams and external market
» Create and manage campaigns with the goal of increasing quality and diverse talent
» Ensure effective planning and budgeting of activities and campaigns
» Develop campaign materials and content for events and for internal employee-related initiatives
» Manage and collaborate with agencies, service providers and suppliers
» Ensure Social Media communication is aligned with the global strategy and with local relevance, for maximum impact in the market
» Develop and control appropriate KPI’s report
» Support the retention of employees by designing and implementing employees and team engagement activities
» Multi-task on several initiatives tied to employer brand, including channel strategy, social media and the latest talent acquisition technologies
» Partner with colleagues in EDC to tell the story internal and external
Recruitment activities
» Ensure consistent application of employer branding in all recruitment activities
» Define standards of recruitment visibility and keep track
» Ensure Recruitment KPI’s and reporting are aligned with Employer branding activities
» Partner with Hiring Managers to identify the talent needs and provide best options for securing talent in time
» Proactively research and understand the Tech market, including business trends, competitor awareness and potential opportunities
» Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking and proactive search
» Planning and coordinating full-cycle recruitment processes
» Participate in the selection process and support Managers in final decisions
» Create a great candidate experience and track employee’s journey in the organization
Required skills & profile
» 5-7 years of experience in Communication/ Employer branding and recruitment
» University degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
Knowledge and Skills
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Romanian
» Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
» Working experience within globally distributed multi-cultural teams
» Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
» Curios and creative
» Adaptable to change in rapidly evolving environment
» Ability to work across departmental boundaries to resolve issues
» Autonomous, committed and team player
» Working experience with: ATS, MS Office pack, Video, blogging, infographics, mobile or other similar tool, Digital media trends, including SEO and SEM, career site development and digital media channel
