SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with internal client (mainly business team) to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Analyze as-is process and understand gap with to-be process
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirementsCollaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
- Participate in key meetings with internal stakeholders including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
- Evaluate and analyze Salesforce rollout impacts regarding Edenred information system (Batch / Flows between SF and other systems / API Management / Data migration)
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE
- Experience using Salesforce (Sales/Services/Marketing cloud) (> 2 years)
- Experience as Business Analyst (> 4 years)
- Ability to document business requirements and impact analysis
- Ability to design business process using modeling tools
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up Edenred Business needs
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
- Understand information systems impacts when deploying a CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, Jira
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Core Model and global platform rollout would be a plus
- Technical environment: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing
- Cloud, Pardot, Azure Dev ops, MuleSoft for API Management
