JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with internal client (mainly business team) to gather, understand, and define business requirements
  • Analyze as-is process and understand gap with to-be process
  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirementsCollaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Participate in key meetings with internal stakeholders including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
  • Evaluate and analyze Salesforce rollout impacts regarding Edenred information system (Batch / Flows between SF and other systems / API Management / Data migration)

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

  • Experience using Salesforce (Sales/Services/Marketing cloud) (> 2 years)
  • Experience as Business Analyst (> 4 years)
  • Ability to document business requirements and impact analysis
  • Ability to design business process using modeling tools
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up Edenred Business needs
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Understand information systems impacts when deploying a CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, Jira
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in Core Model and global platform rollout would be a plus
  • Technical environment: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing
  • Cloud, Pardot, Azure Dev ops, MuleSoft for API Management
