Technical Product Expert


As Technical Product Expert, you will:

  • Define the product vision based on an understanding of customer requirements and the employee benefits industry
  • Communicate the strategy and align it with the developer community within the team
  • Work with Edenred teams to identify and prioritize new features, improvements, and capabilities
  • Contribute to and lead meetings and workshops to help guide and manage the development process
  • Provide detail process & documentation for developers/Backlog Management
  • Formalize user stories (requirements) in a user approach
  • Deep dive user stories to understand all the impacts
  • Understand & formalize business process & IT process into one deliverable
  • Be responsible of user stories stock that are ready for development (DOR: definition of ready)
  • Detail all steps necessary to perform the action which helps the feature teams to understand it
  • Ensure backlog remain a tool and not a burden & Refine continuously backlog, user stories (impacts)
  • Organize the stories, splitting epics into user stories, and ensuring a complete description of the solution
  • Understand tech and architecture
  • Propose solution to deliver features with minimum development
  • Assess complexity of development during grooming of user story
  • Translate a vision into specific deliverables
  • Understand & know business domain
  • Share the understanding of the business domain impacted
  • Identify who are the stakeholders impacted and involved in the effort
  • Know the policies and rules that guide business behaviors
  • Challenge process / rules / policy through critical thinking
  • Understand UX/UI front guidelines

You could be our next teammate if:

  • You have minimum 5 years of working experience with a proven track-record in B2C/B2B digital product management;
  • You have a technical background (developer background) and hands on experience working with API & Data in particular;
  • You are an Agile expert and know agile collaborative tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps… )
  • You have knowledge of general product management practices and techniques
  • You are used to working in a Cloud native environment (microservices, DevSecOps, etc.) and big scale (multi-country, thousands of users);
  • You have good functional understanding of backend transactional processes and systems acquired in Banking, Telecom;
  • You have strong written communication and presentation skills
  • You are ok to business trips
  • You have critical thinking and you are detailed-orientated;
  • You are fluent in English (international team).
