JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• managing testing automation as a product, including defining the testing strategy, setting testing goals and objectives, and coordinating testing efforts across the different tribes
• keeping testing simple to use and simple to manage, while ensuring that the product meets the testing objectives
• working closely with the Testing Automation Engineers and QA Testers to ensure that testing efforts align with the overall product goals and objectives

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing and test automation product management
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or TestLink
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with product management principles and methodologies
• Strong understanding of software testing and test automation concepts
• Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services
• Strong understanding of technical product management principles and methodologies
• Relevant certifications in software testing and test automation such as ISTQB or CSTE
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java or Python
